Our Area of Work

Empowering Vulnerable and Rural Communities

Since 2014, we have had boots on the ground in Cameroon, reaching out to the heart of the population. We prioritise vulnerable and rural communities, recognising that true progress begins where it’s needed most. By addressing local challenges and amplifying community voices, we aim to empower communities one step at a time.

Our Guiding Principles: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

We align our efforts with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These global targets shape our work, ensuring that our initiatives help create better communities. Here are the SDGs that we champion:

SDG 1 – No Poverty: We empower communities through education, skills and sustainable livelihoods in order to end poverty.
SDG 3 – Good Health & Well-being: We promote health education, preventive care and access to basic healthcare.
SDG 4 – Quality Education: We promote inclusive, lifelong learning through advocacy, mentorship and skill development.
SDG 5 – Gender Equality: We promote equal opportunities by empowering women and challenging gender-based barriers.
